About the concept

In brief, the plan is to build a one or two screen cinema/arts space with associated café/bistro, fine dining restaurant, atrium café/bar with small retail units around a central courtyard, and further ground floor retail units for artists and makers. The project would include up to forty x 1- and 2-bed apartments on upper floors, including live/work spaces for artists and makers. This will be within and behind the Old Town Hall, Hoylake. The original building, including the original Fire Engine House entrance, would be retained within the development.
