This ground floor plan gives an excellent insight into the detail of this project. The ground floor of the Old Town Hall becomes the cinema box office, bistro, fine dining retauraunt (in the original oak panelled Council Chambers). The atrium café, accessed from the original Fire Engine House entrance on Albert Road, serves all elements of the scheme. The artists and makers retail units can be configured to requirements, and are accessible from the atrium courtyard, with frontages on Albert Road, and from within an internal 'arcade' walkway.
