The Old Town Hall, which will accommodate a cinema and restaurant, is complemented here with a contemporary extension at the rear, including the glass-roofed atrium café, which is accessed from the original Fire Engine House entrance. The new build retail and studio spaces have 40 apartments above. The completed project will attract significant new footfall to Hoylake; in the region of 120,000 visitors per annum.
